Vizcom Contracting is a fast-growing, family-owned company based in Phoenix. We specialize in roofing, restoration, water mitigation, demolition, and general contracting across Maricopa County. Our team is made up of hardworking professionals who take pride in quality work and local service.
We’re Hiring for Multiple Positions:
1. Water Mitigation Technicians (Lead & Support Roles)
- IICRC WRT Certified preferred
- Must have experience with water damage extraction and drying
- Use moisture meters, document work, and communicate with homeowners
- On-call availability for emergency jobs required
2. Skilled & General Laborers
- Experience in FRP installation, demolition, or construction labor is a plus
- Must know how to use tape measures and basic hand tools
- Must be dependable and available for night shifts
- Transportation to various job sites required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team players who take direction and show initiative
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in challenging environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
